Dr. Mark Jones, MD is a very professional, patient, kind doctor who takes time to listen to you. He listens to your concerns and recognizes them. He takes what you tell him into consideration and decides on what to do next. He understands people, and doesn't just blow them off or make them feel like a number, or that it's just pain, you'll get over it. Dr. Mark Jones has never made me feel guilty for having pain, he's never made me feel like it's my fault or that my pain is just pain... He has been very great with me, if you have a condition that causes pain, if you have chronic pain... See your doctor and ask for a referral to Pain Medicine of The South, Dr. Mark Jones and most of the other doctors there are just wonderful! Highly recommend, if you need this type of service, this is the place to go, definitely. You won't find another pain clinic that will treat you better!

Ms. Kayla Adkins is truly wonderful. She really cares about you as a person and wants to do everything within her power to help you. I love her positive personality, infectios laughter, and the pride she takes in her abilities to be serious when it's needed and to think outside of the box. What an amazing team member to have on your side. She goes out of her way to insure that when dealing with your pain, all of your issues are addressed and all roads are taken to get you where you need to be on your journey to becoming as pain free as possible.

I have seen all the providers and I appreciate that I can get in and out quickly. Years in, I'm still surprised that they are so nice as I have been everywhere locally. They all made me feel "less" bc I couldn't deal with the constant pain. The office staff is nice too! I'm so happy when an actual person answers the call. It's the little things that mean so much especially when you have been abused by other practices.
